报告人简介：Dr. Samarjit Kar did his B. Sc, M. Sc and Ph. D. in Mathematics respectively fromPresidencyCollege,CalcuttaUniversity, andVidyasagar University,India. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the National Institute of Thechnology Durgapur,India. He visited some Universities and Institutes aroundIndiaand abroad. He has authored/co-authored more than 70 technical articles in international journals, book chapters, and conference/workshop proceedings. He has published three edited books from publishers like American Institute of Physics, and Narosa. His research interests include Optimization, Uncertainty Theory, Soft computing and Financial Management.
