摘要：We justify rigorusly the Zakharov-Kuznetsov equation (A two-dimensional version of the Korteweg-de Vries equation) as a long wave, small amplitude limit of the Euler-Poisson system with an applied magnetic field. This is a joint work with David Lannes and Felipe Linares.
