The algebra division of the Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Yau Mathematical Sciences Center at Tsinghua University comprises a total of 16 faculty members, including 9 professors (Deng Bangming, Fu Lei, Qiu Yu, Shan Peng, Yao Jiayan, Yang Jing, Zhang Hechun, Zhu Bin, Zuo Huaiqing) and 7 associate professors (Diao Hansheng, Lu Ziqun, Sun Shenghao, Wu Baosen, Xu Bin, Xu Fan, Zhu Minxian). All team members hold doctoral degrees from renowned universities or research institutions in China and abroad. Many of them have been recipients of national-level high-level talent programs and national-level youth talent programs.
